Chocolate Hearts

A 3 tier stacked cake covered in real belgian chocolate paste. Gold hearts and shimmer dust decorate the cakes and a sparkling hearts cake topper finishes the design.6″, 8″ and 10″ square cakes gives approx 200 buffet size pieces

Chocolate Tower

A 4 tier stacked cake makes the basis for this creation. Each cake is covered in real belgian chocolate paste, stacked together and then generously coated in belgian chocolate ganache. The tower effect is created by attaching pieces of belgian chocolate around each tier and then icing sugar and edible glitter dust are sprinkled over the whole cake. Diamonte branches then complete the design.

4″, 6″, 8″ and 10″ cakes gives approx 160 buffet size pieces.

Chocolate Hearts

Chocolate Drape

A 3 tier stacked cake covered with real belgian chocolate paste. Each tier has a chocolate piped design at the base and then marbled chocolate icing is draped down the tiers and finished off with hand made chocolate roses and leaves. This design can also be made completely in icing if the chocolate paste is not required.

6″, 8″ and 10″ round cakes gives approx 150 buffet size pieces.
Available in other sizes.
